Dogs enjoying the outdoor play yard at Wag'n World in Houston

The PAWsome Advantage, chapter one

Wag’n World Connection

This is where my established dog-care company and my real estate venture work together, helping clients plan for the people, pets, property, and logistics involved in a major move.

Two businesses, one service mindset

Real estate support that understands the dog is part of the move.

Buying or selling can mean long appointment days, photographers, inspections, movers, open doors, unfamiliar people, and disrupted routines. Those moments can be difficult for dogs and distracting for their owners.

Because I built Wag’n World, I can help clients think through care, timing, safety, and routine as part of the real estate plan, not as an afterthought once the boxes are already packed.

Where the connection becomes practical

Four moments when dog care can change the day.

01

Listing Day

A calmer plan for photography, staging, cleaning, and people moving through the home.

02

Showings

Less rushing back and forth to remove a dog before appointments and open houses.

03

Moving Day

A safer option while doors remain open, furniture moves, and familiar spaces disappear.

04

Settling In

Familiar structure and activity while the new home, route, and daily rhythm take shape.

Choose the care that fits the moment

Daycare, boarding, or grooming.

Select a service to see how it may support a real estate client during a demanding transition.

For busy appointment days

Give the dog a normal day while your schedule is anything but normal.

Daycare can be useful during photography, inspections, showings, contractor visits, or a full day of touring homes.

For the most disruptive days

Create distance from moving trucks, open doors, and unfamiliar activity.

Boarding may help during a multi-day move, major repairs, temporary housing, or a transition between closing dates. Wag’n World boarding includes daycare.

For a fresh start

Arrive at the new home clean, comfortable, and photo-ready.

Grooming can be scheduled around the move, after boarding, or before a welcome-home photo and closing-day celebration.

Complete Wag’n World enrollment

Dogs must meet published vaccination, evaluation, reservation, and service requirements.

3

Confirm the care plan

Once eligibility and availability are confirmed, the dog-care plan can be coordinated with the real estate timeline.

Program note

Wag’n World services are subject to enrollment, evaluation, vaccination, reservation, capacity, and other published requirements. Any PAWsome Properties client benefit is also subject to applicable program terms, brokerage approval, and successful closing where required. Dog-care services are not automatic until confirmed.
